Since Keane's last LP, Perfect Symmetry in 2008, the band has not done much besides a short EP titled Night Train in 2010. However now Keane brings their unique sound back to the mainstream with the release of the most recent album Strangeland. From what I have listened through so far, the album is absolutely amazing and I have posted the track list below along with a download link for iTunes:
